Personal process work and systemic constellations as a
powerful approach to handle the unintelligible in you, your
business, and private life.
If analytic thinking alone were the solution we would be better off. Complex problems confront us with the limitations of our current problem-solving skills. And although humans are eager to face the challenges in their personal, professional and private life, solutions and success are not always easy to find. How can we change the way we change in order to be more at ease with the consequences?
Experience shows that we struggle with selfsame patterns and issues despite our best intentions, smart concepts, and shrewd maneuvers. Complex issues, self-referential subjects, and multilevel challenges need an integrative approach and various forms of intelligence. We need to include the whole and differentiate our perception beyond the obvious. It takes sensitivity for the unheard and subtle to outsmart old discernment patterns and behavioral habits.
In this two-day workshop, Johannes B. Schmidt shares his experience in personal change processes, personal refinement, interactional sensitivity, and constellation work. His work opens up relevant levels of interaction, insight, and perception that go beyond the ordinary. With process-oriented systemic constellations, varied inner navigation skills, reciprocal systemic interactions, and personality skills, Johannes takes us on an insightful journey into phenomenological forms of understanding.
This collective learning experience introduces us into much-needed forms of selfimplicative insight and knowledge generation. A timely approach in a tumbling world that requires cooperation, partnership, and sustained transformation for the benefit of all. This seminar will provide you with answers on different levels, as the obvious has so far not been satisfactory. It will provide you with a better understanding, ease and solutions towards longtime and recent unresolved issues in work and private life.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations up to 6 weeks prior the training a service fee of Euro 100,00 is charged. From 6 – 3 weeks prior the training a 50% and from 3 weeks prior the training 100% of the regular fee is charged for any cancellation reason.
