In this workshop you will have the opportunity to look at personally relevant issues within a supportive holding environment of a larger group. Here it will be possible to expose yourself to urgent questions, existential issues or personal inquiry and find some guidance for the next steps to take in your situation. In this workshop people meet to learn about themselves and what it takes to get on with their situation in life, relationships, work-situation, how to connect to their health and resources. Every process displayed offers rich learning material for you and the continual three day process affects all those who witness and participate in it. A profound and nourishing experience.

In the workshop we work with systemic constellations, trauma work, neuroaffective touch, and pay particular attention to the wisdom of the body. We look for health and well-being. We aim at getting into coherent resonance with the fundamental rhythms in life and support you to get in touch with who you are.

This is a basic training for everybody. It is a guide to deepening attunement with yourself and the world around you. Just as you learned walking and talking, contact, connection, and self-love do not come by themselves and are not mastered without mindful guidance and care.

This training will serve you well if you feel the need for more depth in life and relationships, if you take yourself seriously, if you want to feel more alive from inside, or if you need new orientation on your way and want to live from your essence. It is a course into unknown territory of yourself which will change the way you change and teach you inner navigational skills.

We introduce you into the world of self-implication, trauma-healing, and perceptual refinement. We guide you on the way of handling sensitivity, the need for “feeling felt”, and basic assets of self-regulation and self-connection. Through the art of non-reactivity and non-doing your essential self may make itself known to you and teach you living from your center rather than from the periphery of life.

Besides, the training will deepen your experience in mindfulness, trauma healing, self-reference, self-regulation, and guide you into the subtleties of deepening self-intimacy, self-implication, connection with others, and participation in life. Change is no end in itself. Personal change leads us into deepening into our essence. Aligning with our deepest (spiritual) Self will make us grow into satisfaction in life. True joy, felt contact, and inner rest are some hallmarks of deepened self-realization. Our material world does not always understand and attend to our immaterial needs. It’s time to care.

What is our deepest Self? What does it take to get aligned with who we are in our essence? Can I do it by myself? Does it go by itself? And what questions do I have to ask in order not to miss who I am or what I could be? Do I have to choose a mission or does a mission choose me? How much failure and feedback will I need to stay on track? Can I miss who I am? Can I fail?

For all the questions there is more than one answer. No one has the answers off the cuff. You will need to develop skills to navigate through the ups-and-downs of your personal quest to find the precious core within you. As our deepest nature is relational no one can do it alone and meeting the other from core-to-core becomes a deeply touching experience of grace.

Deepening and intensifying our intimate relationship skills is a way of becoming ourselves. Our deepest nature is relational and requires a framework of safety, protection, intimacy, and - ultimately sacredness. Manifold relationships hold us in place and place us into our center. Traumahealing is a necessary entranceway into deepened self-relationship.

In this intermediate process we will offer you a framework for your inner, self-exploratory journey. We will support, teach, and guide you through the inner landscape of self-realization. Deepening contact skills, healing traumatic memories, leading you into intimacy, deepening co- and self-regulation, freeing somatic tension patterns, refining perceptual skills, entering non-sensory inner spaces, or waking up to your sense perception are just a few signposts on the passageway into the realization of your essence. We will build on the basic understanding of seminar Self-Connection 1 deepen healing avenues to deepen inner experience of spaciousness, sacredness, and participation in life.

In our daily work as change facilitators, we meet a strong need for stillness, depth, and meditative self orientation. Perceptual qualities are getting ever subtler, refined, non-sensory, and beyond the personal. People are asking for the direct experience of subtle participation in the transpersonal, the embedding ground of being, or whatever name appears to be appropriate to point to the transpersonal dimension of human reality.

This is a training for the few who want to go beyond the outer appearance of life into the meditative realm of participation in finer and subtler realities. It is a basic training in subtle self-relational work as developed by Judith Blackstone, NY, and flavoured by trauma resolution background. With simple exercises we guide each other into the sublime experience of the less dense sides of our nature and learn to ground ourselves in clearly embodied self-contact and connection with the unitive ground. Learning to relate from core-self to core-self, engaging core-breath, and perceiving fundamental consciousness will be basic practices on the way.

If you have basic self-regulation and introspective skills, a desire for unspectecular, quiet work on yourself, and a need for gentle refinement and quiet intimacy you are welcome to join us on this journey.
