Belonging and connection is our deepest desire. We need the experience of “feeling felt”, being held and connected to people around us. The capacity to relate and engage in high quality relationships and lasting connections is the essence of life and matters to everybody everywhere in any domain of life.

However, the quality of contact, connection, and relationship is imprinted on us before our brain has the capacity to understand in a self-reflective, thoughtful way. Instead, early life experiences structure our unconscious body memory which in turn colors our emotional, perceptual, and behavioral experience of self and others. No matter how much we want or try, we cannot shift our relational make-up only from within ourselves. We are more dependent on the other than we may be willing to admit. In a very basic way we need each other to become ourselves.

It is a paradox. Independence and self-reliance build within dependency relationships. Communication and stimulation alone are not enough to form our inner capacity and perception for connection and relationship. It takes the self-implication of our whole being, introspective self-experience, attuned self-connection, and a capacity to read each other’s inner world to relish the delights and nourishment of deep intimate trust, connection, reciprocity, and meaning.

This workshop offers the opportunity to inquire into your early relationship experience within the supportive framework of a small group of 6 participants. Every inquirer is offered a three hours time slot to explore and re-pattern his/her personal relationship imprint. You will be guided through different layers of your connecting experience to recover your health, well-being and relational potential.

Working hours: 09.30 – 13.00 hours, 14.30 – 17.30 hours.
Ending times can vary due to process requirements. We advice you not to take on other appointments in the evenings during the seminar.

Fee:

1.350,- Eur per person (ex. VAT) for the three day, all inclusive seminar
